About us

Hi, I'm Bob Fredrick, owner of Bob's Home Woodshop. In fact, I am a one-person company because I build, package, and ship everything, and do the accounting and marketing in my copious free time.

My woodworking hobby grew into a business over the course of several years, through a start selling at local craft shows and then moving into online sales in 2006. I built the shop myself (carpentry, electrical, insulation, and drywall) and now my "retirement" is spent handcrafting toys and other items from sustainable hardwoods which I purchase locally. I am always looking for new items to add to what I currently sell, and I welcome suggestions and/or custom orders.

I ship all but custom orders the next business day via USPS Priority Mail or via UPS for larger items.
