• The fire hydrant-shaped back is made from solid oak, approximately 3/4" thick. There is a circular post on which to hang the leash, and that is capped by a paw shape that will keep the leash from slipping off
• The dog shape near the top of the hydrant is made from walnut, as is the paw print
• Overall dimensions of the leash holder are 9 1/4" long by 6 3/4" wide and 3" deep
• The leash holder is completed with several coats of polyurethane to bring out the beauty of the wood grain and preserve it for many years of use
